Sunday is usually our day of rest but I ran out of half-gallon milk jars to I made another cheese #15. This time I made a double batch with 3 gallons of milk.

Waxed the cheese I made a few days ago.

With a broody hen, Dan and I decided to give her some Buff Orpington eggs plus order some chicks. We got 8 each of straight-run Silver Laced Wyandottes and Speckled Sussex. These are two breeds we've been wanting to try. They should arrive the third week of June, just in time for Mama to hatch out a clutch of eggs.
