Made mozzarella today. With much of Surprise's milk going to help feed Ziggy's young'uns, cheese making will likely be on hold for awhile. I'm okay with that, though, as long as the babies are healthy. I have quite a few week's worth of mozzarella in the freezer, thankfully.
