Day 167 of 365

I thought it was going to clear today so I hung the laundry on the line. Sure enough if the clouds didn't come again and we got more rain. What a nuisance.

Harvested:
  • multiplier onions
  • tomato
  • beet
  • cucumbers
  • lone Meyers lemon
  • lettuce
At least it stopped raining enough so that I could finish cleaning out the chicken coop. Used that to mulch garden corn.

Eating:
  • Breakfast - kefir
  • Lunch - eggs & canned figs
  • Dinner - chevon burgers with garden lettuce & tomato, sauerkraut, roasted beets, potatoes, and onions.

    I can't even tell you how many times I've hung the laundry out and found that they got one more 'rinse' cycle!

      Sherri, LOL. It wouldn't be so bad if we weren't on a twice a day rinse cycle. :)
