Apple & Goat Cheese Salad
This is a way to use some of our goat cheese that is very sharp from being aged for awhile.
2 parts Apple, peeled & grated
1 part Goat cheese, shredded
Toss with a sprinkle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve on a bed of greens.
