My sourdough starter was bubbling away today. Fed it some freshly ground whole wheat flour.
It was great to have our own goat milk mozzarella on pizza tonight. Also canned tomato sauce.
Now that the weather is warmer, my kefirs (both milk and water) are making faster. I'll need to adjust my routine to accommodate them.
Made a kefir tea from a batch of water kefir. Popped a couple of Celestial Seasonings gingerbread tea bags into a quart of finished kefir and left it out for a 2nd ferment. It was still pretty sweet so I added it to a batch of plain black pekoe iced tea. Pretty good, actually.
