  1. You have been one busy lady! What kind of dehydrator do you use? I would like to start that this year but don't want to waste money or time on one that isn't worth it. Thanks.

  2. Sherri, it's how I stay out of trouble. :)

    I have an Excalibur dehydrator and absolutely love it. They are expensive, but I felt it was worth it. My only regret is that I didn't get the 9 tray model, which was much, much more expensive! I have 5 trays but sometimes, it isn't enough.
