Continued working on the new beds and pathways
Started to transplant the asparagus. I'm hoping to save it from the wiregrass (Bermuda) that overran it last year. Got about a third transplanted so far.
Raked leaves and mulched one bed heavily with them. Scooped up acorns for the goats as I uncovered them.
Harvested lettuce for our chevon burgers, accompanied by sauerruben, pickles, and canned applesauce cake. Buns and chips were store bought.
