Found a half-gallon jar of dried blueberries that I forgot about. We really prefer the frozen ones, so I'm going to sprinkle these on the goats feed for something extra.
Eating the food:
- Breakfast: kefir
- Lunch: scrambled eggs with goat cheese and green tomato salsa
- Dinner: Chevon stew from canned chevon and leftover roasted parsnips & sweet potatoes from the other day. Lettuce, broccoli, pickled egg, & goat cheese salad.
