- Snack - kefir smoothies made with last year's frozen blueberries and frozen cantaloupe.
- Dinner - roasted potatoes and garlic with chevon burgers, sauerkraut, sliced tomato and homemade pickles. Blueberry pie for dessert. Almost 100% homestead grown and made!
