Sunday is our usual much needed day of rest, which means time for a more leisurely breakfast! Today, I made sourdough blueberry pancakes with our frozen blueberries and served with goat butter and store bought maple syrup. Pancake recipe in the post below.
Opened the last jar of pickled okra. We really liked this so I'll have to be sure to can plenty this summer.
