Day 19 of 365

Clear and cold.

Canned 7 quarts of the bone broth I've been simmering for the past several days. From the leftover broth and meat scraps pulled from the bone, I made chevon stew to serve in bread bowls for dinner. Fed the scraps to the chickens. Bones will be buried in the garden
  • chevon meat & broth
  • canned green beans
  • canned carrots
  • fresh rosemary
  • fresh garlic
