Ground the dried dandelion root in my herb (coffee) grinder
Grated most of the ginger I harvested yesterday and set to dry in the open wood cookstove oven. Repotted the rest for next year's crop.
Harvested mangels for the goats.
Made my first pie crust with the rendered goat fat and frozen peaches from last summer. It was the best crust I'd ever made, browned beautifully and was wonderfully flaky.
