Day 34 of 365

Sunny!
  • Low: 30 F
  • High: 60 F

I'm still trying to feel my way with self-challenge. We eat at least something we've grown or raised every day. Not as much as last year, but I'm working on it.

Putting away:
  • Started another batch of bone broth to can next week.
  • finished shelling the field corn. Some went into the freezer for us, some saved for seed in the fridge, and the rest will be for the chickens. 

Eating the food:
  • Breakfast: kefir, cream for coffee
  • Lunch: canned tomato soup, butter, milk, pickles, cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches on homemade bread.
  • Dinner: chevon burgers, pickles, garden lettuce
