Canned 13 pints of tomato soup from frozen Amish Paste tomatoes. Had to buy the onions and celery, but the tomatoes are ours.
Shelled pecans while staying warm near the wood cookstove
Getting enough eggs now to add them to bread.
Lunch, eggs of course, scrambled with cracklins, homemade bread with homestead butter & jam, canned figs with kefir.
Dinner salad was lettuce, kale, broccoli, pecans and dried cranberries.
