Too wet to do much outside so I made another hard cheese based on my previous cheese #15. I think my milk is better this year, so I have high hopes that my cheeses will be better too.

Day 127 of 365
Wet and humid all morning. In the afternoon it turned cloudy, then windy. Amazingly the wind blew in drier air and the sun came out once again.
