Chilly, overcast day. Drizzled all morning.
Low: 35° F, high: 47° F
Rainfall: 0.05"

Finished the bone broth for the gumbo. Deboned the meat, sauteed the vegetables, and made the roux (2 hours!) Planning to can it tomorrow.
